Can I return my order?

- Unfortunately all products are final sale. 

 

My item has arrived damaged, could you send me another one?

- MPearlCosmetics  understands you may have received your package damaged due to transit. Please email us your order number and a picture of your damaged product to MPearlCosmetics@yahoo.com.

 

I purchased the wrong item how can I cancel it and reorder the one that I want?

- Please email us your order number and let us know which products are incorrect. If package has been shipped out we will not be able to fix your order. 

 

My item has been lost or stolen.

- MPearlCosmetics  is not responsible for your damaged, lost, or stolen items.

 

What type of shipping do you provide?

- We provide 3 different shipping Standard Shipping  (5-10) business days , Fast Shipping (1-4 business days ) and Free Shipping on orders $80+.

 

Is there a pro discount for makeup artist?

Do you have free shipping ?

Yes, we offer FREE Standard shipping for U.S. orders over $80.Free shipping is based on your order total after promotional discounts have been applied and before shipping charges, taxes, etc.

 

How do I cancel my order?

-Note: If we have not shipped your order we will be able to cancel it, after it has been shipped we can not cancel. If you decide to cancel your order right after you purchased it, you will be charged a 25% fee of the total transaction.
